Are Actions Always Louder Than Words?

I came across this saying today while doing some meditation:

Notice how the world around you looks and feels when the mind is unhappy or agitated and again when it is happy and calm. Our perception defines our experience.

A friend of mine posted on social media her belief that actions speak louder than words. Go out and do something rather than opine about it, she felt.

I actually agree with her—but think about it. Isn’t there a caveat to this too?

Is it true that actions always speak louder when words are actions as well?

Holding an opinion counts more than ever in society today, it’s the way we address it to others that’s the most important issue.

Words change the world.
